Private test data handling.
ScouterIQ stores account credentials, session records, tester access state, and product usage records needed to operate the protected workspace.
Account Data
Usernames, display names, optional emails, roles, plan access, and password hashes are stored so testers can sign in and keep access separate from operator accounts.
Product Data
Picks, reports, symbols, stack state, alert rules, and connector queues are used to provide trading research features and diagnose issues during testing.
Usage and Diagnostics
ScouterIQ may record session state, route access, alert delivery state, connector queue state, runtime health, and error diagnostics to operate the workspace and protect private product surfaces.
Retention and Deletion
Private-beta records are retained while needed for account access, product QA, auditability, and operational support. Deletion or access requests are handled through operator support during private testing.
Third-Party Tools
External links and connector workflows are governed by the third-party service after the user leaves ScouterIQ or uses that service directly.
Security
Password credentials are stored as hashes, sessions are scoped to protected workspace access, and role gates separate member and operator surfaces.
